I leap across the black scuffed up floor,
and look to see spectators galore.
Knowing the spotlight's on you,
Knowing your dreams may come true.
You've put many long hours in,
now it is time to glow within.
It's not as easy as you think
twirling and twirling, there's not time to blink.
Synchronization and flexibility
allows you to show off your ability.
Memorization is the key
To knowing everything to the tee.
I try so hard to do my best,
I listen to the music, and my feet do all the rest.
The pressure piles on,
now it is time to remain calm.
