I love

I love a lot and hardly hate. The small things are what fill my little heart with joy. These are the things I love
I love my shoes, I own about a million. I dress my feet with sandals with straps and sneakers with laces. I have so many different shoes for about every occasion. Dancing, running and plenty of work shoes. I love my rain boots, the way they save my pants from puddles of terror. I love all my shoes, my maroon camouflage print Roshees, I can walk in those running shoes for hours. Those are the shoes I wear for a lot of walking, every step I take with them is a step into heaven with the pillowy inside.
I love trail mix, the Natures Valley baggies with the chocolate. The mini kisses is what I call the dark chocolate, white chocolate, and peanut butter chips. Raspberries cover the bottom of the bag. I mix the bag so I can grab some dried raspberries with the chocolate because it gives it just that much more flavor. The almonds are my favorite part, the crunching sound between my teeth.  Lets not forget the peanuts I always settle for after the almonds vanish. Don’t get me wrong, they have a crunch. But not with spunk.
I love my headphones. The white long cords of joy, they lay in my ear like a baby in the womb, they don’t fall out those white beauties. They get me through these long hard work days, and pull me through when I’m on a run. I love my headphones because I like my own music on road trips and car rides with my family. I love Jonny Craig, his music is so touching, every song he has recorded, I have. My headphones bring excitement to my ears.
I love my dog Hercules, a black rottweiler with caramel brown spots. When he was a baby, he was the smallest. Now that he’s older his name fits him better. . He’s so playful, and loves to give kisses. As gross as people may think, I love his kisses, the way his huge slobbery tongue hits the side of my cheek, and covers it with saliva.  I love my dog Hercules because he’s my running buddy, on any day. After long runs when we get back to my house he lays in the grass with me as if he’s tired too.  He loves to cuddle up next to me; he’s my bestfriend.
Last but not least, the thing I love most, my bed. I love the way after a long day of work or school, I can always count on my bed to make it better. The way when I get home, I climb up on my bed and fall into a peaceful sanctuary of pink and black blankets. With an aroma of pomegranate flowing through the air.  I grab my grey body pillow, I pull it so close all cuddled up, and I bury myself. I love my bed so much, it’s hard to leave it every day. I push snooze all the time.. I force myself out of bed. As I drag myself to the door, I look back with the watery eyes and say I love you bed, I’ll be back soon.

Writing isn’t my friend, no no no. I’ve written plenty of pieces and exercises for school. But writing is not my first option of a hot date.
