Falling Asleep
As you regain focus in your eyes, everything comes back into view, while you feel yourself being tossed and shaked by your sister saying, “Chayse, You fell asleep.”
At that moment everything started to make sense, your mind was putting the pieces back together from when you first fell asleep on top of your computer, laying on the couch, and a blanket underneath. You look back at your sister saying, “No!”
Right at that moment you sprung up from that coach bolting up the stairs knowing you were going to be late. You came fast down the stairs ready, laced up your black leather boots. Clunk, clunk, clunk out the door.
As the day went on, it kept getting longer. Your eyes were beginning to feel heavier. Your head was pounding. You were losing the ability to focus.
Ninth hour came around. My heart was racing. my head was spinning. I need to do well, I Told myself.
All the questions were done, as I saw the red button with white writing, submit it you did your best, I thought to myself.
As I anxiously waited for those 5 seconds, I did it! I told myself, I passed.
