Broadway to Hollywood: High School Musical
High School Musical started out as movie then turning out to play their is a lot of differences, for instance camera angles In a movie they can have different camera angles that make the movie better.
For example, camera angles can switch to different settings just like that. For a play Its super different, usually they'll turn off all the lights and start to take off all props and put new props just to change the scene. Also it is difficult when another speaker is talking in a play since you may not know who is talking, but in a movie the camera will switch on to the person that is talking. In a play you can see more emotion in the characters unlike a movie. In a movie their could be a lot more action scenes, in plays they can´t just in case somebody gets hurt. In highschool Muscial the last scene ¨were all in this together¨ it switches to two settings, and it switches to a lot of people singing, but in a play that would be hard to do.
These are just some reasons why plays and movies are so different from each other.
