The New Guy: Part 2
"Anslee, go away," I said. "HA! No way Miss "I'm so perfect" Hannah. He's mine. I've already talked to him today in third period. He seemed very interested in me," Anslee bragged. "Okay, whatever. See you later, Anslee," I called back. Anlsee just turned and marched off. She's so rude. I mean really she thinks she can have just about every guy because she's pretty, rich, and has a nice car. Go Anslee! I walked out of the school. I was worn out and ready to get home and go to bed. It had been a long day. When I got home, I had a surprise in my living room. "Oh, hey honey! Have you met the Crowns?" I opened my font door to Matt and his parents. "Please shoot me now," I thought to myself. I replied,"Hi, I'm Hannah." Matt instantly looked up. "Hey, don't you go to the same school as me," he asked in his cute voice. "Yes I do," I replied. "I thought so," he smiled. I about fell out right then. My mom interrupted my daydreaming. "You two know each other? Great! Hannah, you can help Matt around school. I'm sure he would appreciate it." "Yes ma'am I would love for Hannah to help me around. That school is pretty big and confusing." My thoughts went crazy. Did he just say what I think he said? That he would love for me, as in Hannah, to help him around school. Oh man, wait till Anslee hears about this. "Well, I'd be honored to help Matt around," I said. I could already tell tomorrow would be an interesting day.
